Welcome to La-La Land! By using our website or purchasing admission tickets or booking a birthday party through our online platform, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase or using this website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. General Use

• These terms govern all online purchases of admission tickets and birthday party bookings made through our website.
• Admission to the playground is conditional upon compliance with all posted playground rules and safety policies.
• All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking or purchase online.

3. Online Ticket Purchases

• Admission tickets are valid only for the selected date and time.
• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date (subject to availability and management approval).
• A digital confirmation (email or mobile QR code) must be presented upon arrival for entry.

4. Birthday Party Bookings

• A non-refundable deposit of $100–$200 (depending on the package booked) is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the event during check-in.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled party date may be rescheduled within one year from the original booking date.
• Party packages are subject to the time limits and guest capacities listed on our website.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for a birthday cake, unless otherwise approved by management.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds will be issued for missed reservations, late arrivals, or no-shows.
• La-La Land! reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facility issues, safety concerns, extreme weather or any other conditions outside our control).
• In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Safety & Liability

• Play is at your own risk. La-La Land! is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.
• Grip socks and appropriate play attire are required for entry.
• Guests who do not follow staff instructions or posted rules may be asked to leave without refund.

7. Purchases & Payments

• All transactions are processed securely through our online payment platform.
• All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• By submitting payment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
